Seto - Dragonboat

I officially rejoined my old dragonboat team last night. Yay paddling! Heading off to Waterloo next weekend and then off to Montreal July 28-29. I think some of you girls should come with me to Montreal so I don't have to room by myself and watch me paddle my heart out. It'll be nice to get away from Toronto once in a while, right? Not forcing anyone, but if you're interested, lemme know ASAP.

Seto Wants to be a Progamer

I was so bored yesterday that I started watching Starcraft tournaments on youtube. Yeah, they really have tournaments for the game! I felt so geeky afterwards, but damn those Koreans are really amazing, plus, they're making annual incomes of $200,000+ USD. Never thought playing video games day and night could earn someone so much money. I think I just found my new ideal job! LOL.

So here's my new goal in life: I want to be a traveling, multi-linguistic, female progamer.

Yeah, I know, not gonna happen, but I could dream right? =P

We gotta think of somewhere to go for the upcoming long weekend. Ottawa anyone?

sorry girls, ( shannon and shirley in particular i know you two have been waiting for more details!) I've been really busy lately with work and finals. I am so sorry with the last minute planning and i realized that saturday is not a good day for a lot of you girls. I originally wanted to have a dinner at the keg or some place nice so we all have an excuse to dress up, but because of the late notice i think a lot of you ladies will not be able to make it.. so here are the options.
a. screw those that cant make it this Saturday and we'll have a good time on our own (haha)
or
b. we schedule for another time next week. monday or wednesday or even friday is good for me.
so please tell me what you think and we can finalize everything by tmr night?

oh and also i was planning to go clubbing tmr night, come join me if you are free

I haven't been online for about a week because I was out with a throat infection and was even unable to go to work. =( That was why I didn't know when Shannon and Simone's convocation and more important stuff along that line. See my week was not interesting at all. But the end of the week was not bad at all. I went to wonderland on Saturday. It was fun but at the same time, not fun. Fun because of the oh so wonderful rides and not fun because the oh so wonderful long line-ups. =S So that's my weekend. I'm still takeing penicillin and it does not seem like it's working. Probably just a tad bit.

Shannon & Simone, congratulations, you guys are finally free! Sorry I wasn't able to make it though.

Anne you lucky bum, welcome back! As for your birthday, we need more information and details then a 7:00pm dinner on Saturday you know! Mike's little cousin has a birthday BBQ on that day as well so we'll need more information so I can arrange. *shakes fist*

GAH so this is what happened with the interview i went to last thursday.

They called me on monday to ask if i was still interested in the position, i said yes but i was at convocation so couldn't talk.
I said i'd call her back on Tuesday, but couldn't reach her because of an emergency.
Finally i reach her today, and she tells me that they filled the position already because they needed someone asap and i was busy when they called.

Wow.. what bad timing! Oh well! i know that God will provide =) and is giving me a summer! So in the meantime, i getta hang out and relax =).

Our grad starts at 2:30, and it should be around 3 hours long. So, if u'd like to come and take pictures with us on Monday June 11, come at 5:30 =)! We can go out for dinner afterwards! Guess I'll just skip softball practice since i probably won't be able to make it!

All Convocation ceremonies take place in the Ryerson Theatre, located at 43 Gerrard St. East.

Car

Ryerson is bounded by four major city streets: Gerrard (north), Dundas (south), Jarvis (east), and Yonge (west). Main traffic routes are as follows:
Highway 401 east or west to Yonge Street, south on Yonge, turn left (east) at Gerrard or Gould (no turns are permitted at Yonge and Dundas).
Don Valley Parkway south to Bloor Street, turn right (west) at Bloor, turn left (south) at Church, continue until Gerrard, Gould or Dundas.

i feel ur pain, shirley. jacky and i have some issues too...i dunno, our relationship is just dying, seems like we r so different, we dun match, we have nuthing in common, and we argue about the same things everyday. its just sad cuz seems like we really rnt meant to b, and there's nuthin i can do to make it work

I'm not feeling good for the past couple of days. Me and Mike have some issues. I wouldn't say they are dilemmas or problems. Just issues. I don't even know where to start but right now, we aren't seeing each other. I just feel very....heavy when I think about it. *sigh* I don't know what I'm trying to say and how I'm going to say it to you guys. I might not even be making any sense of all. I'm just not feeling happy at all. That's all I can say.
