So I see we're not trying very hard to keep this thing updated. Can't be helped I guess, everyone's busy with other things.

Anyways, I went to my first acupuncture session today. It was...kinda what I expected and kinda not. The discomfort was bearable but felt really weird, and when they started sending those electric pulses through the needles reminds me a little of Dr. Ho. My muscles were rigid during the whole thing so I couldn't really move. This is for my shoulder problem in case you haven't figured it out yet. It's finally been decided that I'm taking an indefinite hiatus from badminton. So sad. I just sat at home on Saturday cause I couldn't figure out what to do with myself. I'm so lost without badminton. Need to find something else to devote my life to now, and work is not the answer. Maybe I should start going to the gym to train up my arms muscles so that I can play badminton again? Wanna hook me up with a membership Thi? Hehehe.
