thought i'd do an update too
going portaging this weekend! Semi-looking forward to it. Semi scared out of my mind. Francis tells me i need to stop worrying... but seriously... think about the BEARS! BUGS! CRITTERS! ew. lol either way... i'm going!

I really can't imagine you portaging...I get the image you everyone else around you doing the work and you'll just walk under the canoe PRETENDING that you're helping out! =P

I have a feeling it's...Anne? Portaging is carrying a boat-like thing, usually a canoe, over land.
i've done it b4. it's pretty heavy and tiring but fun if you're with the right ppl.
have fun, you'll gain some muscles for sure =)

i survived!
it was pretty fun. LOL and i DID do work... not the super heavy lifting stuff but more of the grunt work and canoeing. hehe :)
