Wow!!! I totally forgot about this site. Thanks Thi for reviving it.

I'm only going to speak for myself but the get-together really motivated me to want to put more effort to keep in touch. I'm ok with meeting up once a month or once every 2 months.

Aside from Shirley and prior to meeting up with Thi and Shannon, I really can't recall when was the last time I've seen everyone, so I'll give a brief update.

End of 2009, both of Alfred's parents were diagnosed with cancer. His dad passed away April of 2010 and his mom is currently hanging onto her life by a thread. I quit my job and have been keeping her company since then. It's been a roller coaster ride on my end especially the last few months but we're trying to cope with it the best that we can. Since I'm staying at home, we unofficially adopted my brother Sept 2010. He's our adopted son. I'm probably boring you girls so I'll stop here.

P.S I still need to meet Dave and I'd like to meet him before the wedding, please and thank you =).

Seto - Dandelion

At the end of April I usually get a feeling of dread welling up inside me. Once May hits, allergy season starts and the days to follow is just filled with itchy eyes and a runny nose.

This year I figured since I can't beat 'em, I might as well join 'em. I went out to High Park to engage in some photo taking.

Let's face it, any amateur photographer would at some point in their lives take a macro shot of a dandelion so I decided to get it over and done with. Here it is!

Seto - Vancouver

I'll be sharing some of the photos I've taken in Vancouver over the next few days/weeks/months/however long it takes for me to tell you all about it.

This was taken at the Van Dusen Garden on the first day I was there. It was spitting, then raining and then outright pouring. Needless to say, I experienced a true Vancouver welcome.

The rain wasn't completely bad, because of it I had a chance to take some pictures of water drops.

Dave and I went to a friends wedding this weekend. They used the same cake lady as me =)

I think it turned out really nice. He proposed on the beach while they were on vacation

The venue was at the Lake House located in Pickering right by the water. It was gorgeous!

So glad that we're doing this blog thingy again. I actually do check from time to time but all throughout last year I still see my blog at top with no updates =(. But yay to this revival project!

What have happened with me lately? I guess I'll just point out some main points:

• I have finally graduated! Convocation's next month.
• No job hunting yet because I want to rest and I have a vacation coming up.
• Going on a cruise to the Bahamas and spending a few days in Orlando mid-June.
• ***NEW*** I broke my toe a week ago (Sunday of the long weekend) and kind of bed-ridden. No cast and doctor told me it'll heal itself in 3-4 weeks. I also am going to an acupuncturist and she's making the pain go away even faster! Still need to see if it's going to make me all better. Whole point of her working on me is to minimize or get rid of any post complications from my injury. She said I shouldn't run or jump for 3 months =( Just when I was getting into my running patterns.

That's it for me that's new an exciting. But it was great seeing the few girls last week. We were having too much fun that time flew by so fast! Before you know it, it was 2am and they were kicking us out. =P

We seriously are in need of more of these outings. It can't be a yearly thing, maybe at least a monthly thing?

OMG!!! one more thing before I make this post final. You guys will NEVER guess who I saw at Canada Computers (Scarborough) today - HELEN LEE!!

This girl seriously disappeared off the face of the earth ever since high school. I can't even facebook stalk her! I saw her and she looked exactly the same - no smiles and all. I was thinking if I should go up and say hi to her or not. Mike asked me if she was my friend and I said somewhat, I always made fun of her and he gave me a big NO. LOL I was so close in yelling out "HELEN" but then I saw her face, she looked sooo grumpy so I turned back to the car and couldn't do it. She was so grumpy-looking that I did not want to deal with any drama. But yes, that was my adventure of the day, seeing Helen =P And what I made fun of her about shall remain a secret, because it's just too mean. I was a kid after all. For those that know what I did/say to her, you know, no need to spread it. LOL. *sigh* the good old days...

It looks like 2010 was a write off for us. I'm glad Thi initiated the DAC Revival Project.

Here's my quick update on what's happened in my life:

• Lost my job at the end of Apr
• Went to San Francisco at the beginning of Apr for the MI6 Game Marketing Conference in hopes of networking with some people. I want to work in the video game industry for my next job.
• Went to Vancouver after I lost my job because I just couldn't stand being in Toronto any longer.
• Falling more in love with photography and since no one really wants to be my model I've decided to experiment with self portraits right now.
• Not motivated to job hunt but I really should get going on this...

Hey Ladies!!

It's been so long since we've updated our blog!! I have to say, it's been really nice to see everyone again <3 I miss you guys so much.

So as you guys know I'm getting married this September, so I needed a few pictures for my special day and with Lisa's help and talented skills I want to give you a sneak peek of one of our photos =)
