I'm only going to speak for myself but the get-together really motivated me to want to put more effort to keep in touch. I'm ok with meeting up once a month or once every 2 months.
Aside from Shirley and prior to meeting up with Thi and Shannon, I really can't recall when was the last time I've seen everyone, so I'll give a brief update.
End of 2009, both of Alfred's parents were diagnosed with cancer. His dad passed away April of 2010 and his mom is currently hanging onto her life by a thread. I quit my job and have been keeping her company since then. It's been a roller coaster ride on my end especially the last few months but we're trying to cope with it the best that we can. Since I'm staying at home, we unofficially adopted my brother Sept 2010. He's our adopted son. I'm probably boring you girls so I'll stop here.
P.S I still need to meet Dave and I'd like to meet him before the wedding, please and thank you =).

I can only imagine how hard this is for you. when dave's dad passed away this year it was really hard. i still tear up just thinking about it. I'm here for you if you need help or support.
We should do a meet up soon and i'll bring dave. i think somebody's birthday is coming up?? LOL ANNE! sweet 26 =)
