Happy Canada Day girls! I went out to take pictures of the fireworks. Not as hard as I thought it'd be but not as easy as described in articles either. Hope next year's will be better. I've included one of the better shots.
wow, nice picture. since I live in the middle of no where i didn't get a chance to watch the fireworks =( but i was watching the news and heard people were disappointed. I don't understand people. it's a freakin FREE show.lol
Something happened before the fireworks. We sat down on our little patch of the beach and I had my tripod all set up. Then we heard all these people screaming and yelling and when I turned around there were throngs of people just running towards us! Not sure what happened. I just stood there thinking "what the hell?" Andy was like "don't just stand there move!"

True, but it has been declining over the years.

so did you have to move? what happened? were they trying to cause problems? maybe they were drunk?

No it seemed more like someone started something in the trees. I'm guessing fire? So there A LOT of people running towards to beach.
