Identity Theft - Tee

As some of you may have already heard. When I came back from Vietnam in november the Canada Revenue Agency called me and asked if I filed my taxes at a company that i've never even heard of because they thought it was kinda weird that my taxes were filed twice. So they have come to a conclusion that someone is trying to stealing my identity. Before I got that call from the CRA things were strange to start off with. First, I filed my taxes at the beginning of march and didn't recieve my refund until the summer , usally it takes about a month but this time it took 5 months. Second, i wasn't getting my gst cheques for the longest time. Then a little while after I got a bill from the CRA saying that I owe gst. So then I was like " what the fuck? i'm not suppose to be paying gst, their suppose to give me money for gst. what the hell is going on?". Then I got another letter in the mail saying that all my gst stuff is going to an address in Calgary which was really weird. So the CRA told me to call the the credit companys to put an alert on my profile, get a password for the canada revenue agency, change my sin card number ( which I found out was impossible to do ) , and to file a police report. Thats why I try not to post up any real information about myself online and til this day they are still investigating the problem. So when i went to get my taxes done 3 days ago they tried to send my file but they said their was a problem, the man doing my taxes was wondering why he couldn't send it and why an error message kept coming up when he tried. I was hoping all this could've been resolve before the new tax year so I wouldn't have to wait so long for my refund again and so this problem doesn't happen again but by the looks of it, it might. I'm going around in circles.
